Director of You Who Came From the Stars apparently did an interview with “Good Morning” and indicated that there is a strong possibility that there will be a sequel. He went on further to elaborate “We will need to discuss with the scriptwriter but I feel that there is a strong possibility of a doing a sequel. We have done many lifetimes of DMJ, Joseon DMJ, DMJ during the Japanese occupation, DMJ in the 70s. The truth is the love between DMJ and CSY has gone on for a long time (does this mean he loved her even before he met her?) When the opportunity arises, I will definitely do a sequel.”
Note that he did not indicate if it will be the same leads. But I can’t think of anyone else who can be DMJ and CSY.
