ช่วยด้วยค่ะ!! ใช้เน็ตหอเข้าหน้า login

อินเทอร์เน็ต Network LAN Wi-Fi

ช่วยด้วยค่ะ!! ใช้เน็ตที่หอตอนแรกใช้ได้ไม่มีอะไรแต่เมื่อ 3 วันมานี้อยู่ๆก่อนเข้าหน้า login
เน็ตหอไม่ได้ โดยขึ้นข้อความว่า Internet Explorer cannot disply
the webpage ลองทำตามทุกวิธีที่หาเจอใน google
เช่น
1.ลองโกสเครื่องกลับก็ยังต่อไม่ได้เหมือนเดิม
2.ตั้งค่า ใน lan settings เป็น auto
3.ปิดไฟวอร์ก็ปิดแล้ว
3.ลบโปรแกรมแสกนไวรัสก็ทำแล้ว
4.ลองเปิดด้วยบราวเซอร์ตัวอื่น
5.ตั้งค่า Network connection เป็น auto
คอมที่ใช้เป็นโน็ตบุ้คเชื่อมต่อสัญญาไวเรสค่ะ พอเชื่อมต่อแล้วมีเครื่องหมายตกใจสีเหลืองขึ้น เอาไปให้เจ้าของหอดูเข้าบอกว่าเน็ตปกติ และพอเราลองเอา note8 มาต่อก็เข้าได้ไม่มีปัญหา
จนปัญญาแล้วคร้าาาา ช่วยด้วยค่ะ
