constituitional amendment is an attempt to gain power in
undemocratic way.''

court has the power to consider this case. The judges found
that the court has the right to consider this case. The
constitution makes it clear that any political participants
must use their majority power in the rightous way and respect
miniority voices. The constitution wants to prevent the abuse
of power by majority voices under the democracy. Any majority decision must also be legal and rightious with the respect of minority voices.
This would help prevent any further conflict that may lead to violent mean.
Any use of majority power that aims at benefits of individuals or group of people would cause calamity to the country.''

The court found an evidence that they were not the same. There are a lot of differences between those two drafts. The differences changed the key principle of the draft.''
