ไปแลปแสกนกระดูกสันหลังมาครับ เจ้าหน้าที่ทำ MRI ไม่ได้บอกอะไรให้ฟิล์มกับไปรอผลจะส่งตามไป หมอนัดคุณแม่อีกที่วันพฤหัส คุณแม่อยากรู้ผลมากครับ ผมอ่านก็ไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่องครับ

CERVICAL SPINE :
The study reveals loss of normal cervical lordosis curve.
Multiple small perineural cysts at both side neural foramen levels C6-7, C7-T1 and T1-2 , size upto 0.4 cm are noted.
C5-6 : disc-osteophyte causing narrowing right neural foramen and compression right C6 nerve root, mild spinal canal stenosis.
C6-7 : disc–osteophyte causing impinge bilateral C7 nerve roots. Mild spinal canal stenosis.
Diffuse loss of normal water signal of the cercial disc could be disc desiccation.
No abnormal paraspinal mass lesion.
Few nodules at right lobe thyroid , size upto 0.7 cm are noted.
THORACIC SPINE :
Normal signal of the spinal cord.
No abnormal paravertebral mass.
No bony nor disc destruction is noted.
LUMBOSACRAL SPINE :
Loss of normal lumbar lordosis curve.
The visualized spinal cord has normal signal.
The conus medullaris is at level T12-L1 and has normal signal.
Minimal ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at right side T10-11.
L4-5 : mild disc bulging without nerve root compression.
Mild loss of normal water signal on T2w and STIR of the lumbar disc could be disc desiccation.
No abnormal paraspinal mass lesion.
Both SI joints are unremarkable.
IMPRESSION :
- Multiple small perineural cysts at both side neural foramens levels C6-7, C7-T1 and T1-2 , size upto 0.4 cm
- Mild cervical spondylosis as described ;
- C5-6 : disc-osteophyte causing narrowing right neural foramen and compression right C6 nerve root, mild spinal canal stenosis.
- C6-7 : disc–osteophyte causing impinge bilateral C7 nerve roots, mild spinal canal stenosis.
- Few nodules at right lobe thyroid , size upto 0.7 cm
- Otherwise , no significant abnormality
