My English skill . T T

I want to improve my English skill because I love English but my English skill is very bad.
What should I do ? I have 5 months for practise English .
My choice is
1) Try to learn by myself from internet , youtube , video , news  and musics .
2) Going to Malaysia for studying English course with my friends . It about 3 months that I have to stay in Malaysia.
3) Going to study with tutor in Thailand.

Could you introduce me please ? Thanks in advance ./\.
