ขอรบกวนพี่ๆใน Pantip หน่อยคะ
ไม่ทราบว่ามีท่านใดที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญการใช้ Paypal ในการซื้อขายสินค้าบ้างหรือไม่คะ
ตอนนี้มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขายสินค้าคะ เรื่องมีอยู่ว่า
ก้อยลงขายสินค้า แล้วมีคนซื้อติดต่อมาทาง Email คนซื้อจะให้ส่งของไปประเทศ Nigeria
ก้อยซื้อขายกันผ่าน Email a@hotmail.com (สมมุติ) แต่ Account ของ Paypal ผูกอยู่กับ Email b@hotmail.com
ก้อยให้ชื่อจริง-นามสกุลจริงกับคนซื้อไป เค้าก็ส่งเมลล์มาที่ a บอกว่าโอนเงินแล้ว
แล้วมี email จาก Paypal ส่งมาที่ a ทั้งหมด 2 ครั้ง จาก Email : service@intl.paypal.com

Subj: **Paypal Payment Notification For Item From Mr.Z (Z@gmail.com) ... เมลล์สมมุติเช่นกัน
Detail: Dear a@hotmail.com Transcation ID: 123456789
You have an instant Payment of 18,000 Baht from Mr.Z
This paypal payment has been deducted from the buyer's account but can not be credited into your account until the
shipment information is received from you E.G Tracking Number or a copy of the shipment receipt.
จากนั้นก็มีชื่อที่อยู่ของคนซื้อส่งมาในเมลล์ด้วย

Subj: *******Proceed with the shipment activation in progress*****
Detail: Transaction ID: 987654321 (สังเกตุว่าคนละเลขกับเมลล์แรก)

This message is originated from Paypal company. We have received an order of 18,000 Baht from our client
(z@gmail.com) regarding the payment made to your Paypal account.
The Payment has been successfully made but due to security reasons we have to receive the shipment tracking
number before the next 24-48 hour for the processing of your order. This a new measure we are taking to protect
both our sellers and buyers against fraudulent customers.
Once you have shipped the item send us the shipment tracking number for verification after the shipment has been
verified your account will be credited instantly.
The Paypal payment has been deducted from buyer's account and has been "APPROVED" but will not be credited to
your account until the shpment referrence/tracking number is sent to us for shipment verification so as to secure both
the buyer and seller. Below are the neccesary information requested before your account will be credited. Send
tracking number to us or email us through this email: pay.service_customercare@accountant.com

แต่ Email b@hotmail.com ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของ Paypal Account ไม่เคยได้รับ Mail ใดๆจาก Paypal เลย
และเมื่อก้อยเข้าไปเช็คใน Account Paypal ของก้อยก็ไม่เจอ Transcation ใดๆจาก Z@gmail.com เลย
หลังจากการส่งเมลล์โต้ตอบกัน Z บอกว่าให้ก้อยส่งของทางไปรษณีย์ภายในเช้าวันนี้พร้อมส่ง Tracking Number ผ่าน Paypal ให้เค้า
ขอบบอกว่า ณ จุดนี้ ไม่กล้าส่งของจริงๆ เพราะส่งไป Nigeria ไม่ได้ส่งไปประเทศธรรมดาๆที่คุ้นเคย
ส่ง Mail ไปถาม Paypal แล้วก็ยังไม่ได้คำตอบ โทรศัพท์ไปเบอร์ +6565905502 ก็เจอระบบอัตโนมัติ แต่ไม่มีคนรับสาย
รบกวนพี่ๆที่เคยค้าขายผ่าน Paypal ช่วยด้วยคะ (แบบว่าเงินก็อยากได้ กลัวก็กลัว 555)
อยากโทรคุยมากกว่าคะ รบกวนพี่ๆส่งเบอร์มาที่หลังไมค์ได้ป่าวคะ เดี๋ยวก้อยจะรีบโทรกลับ ขอบคุณคะ
