Very worst service at NEO UNITYMOTOR Co., Ltd in Bangkok, Thailand
•    We bought a Ford Fiesta model : 5 Doors 1.6L Sport last year.
•    It took us 150 days waiting to get our car into the dealer service center for body repair.
o    Poor scheduling and repair planning, Irresponsibility of the dealer.
o    Poor after-sale service system
o    Ref: Sale staff information, Ford Thailand staff came often at dealer but lack interest of any incidents for such.
•    The dealer staff notified us in the paper to finish within 15 days, BUT
•    We waited till the last day of its commitment without any notification from its staff that our car still park at the dealer car park and waiting in a queue (while there are more than 10 cars ahead of us waiting).
o    Fail to comply with commitment.
o    No proper communication to let the customer know/tracking the progress though Thailand has efficient communication network i.e. m-phone, Line, SMS etc.)
o    Waste resources to keep cars at dealer car park i.e. security staff to watch the cars, waste car parking space. If any i.e. fire, a lot of money to compensate customers for cars damages.
o    If Ford Thailand has entitled for ISO management system. It fails to comply with the requirements.
We tried to talk the responsible manager, but only one SA showed up and told us such failures will further exacerbate to customers as there is no well management looking after the issues.
