Europe shares seen higher, central bank meetings ahead

European shares are expected to open higher on Monday ahead of central bank meetings in the U.S., U.K. and Europe this week.

The FTSE is seen up 22 points at 6,576, the German DAX up 31 points at 8,275 and the French CAC up 21 points at 3,989.
