จากการริเริ่มของดร.พงษ์พันธ์ สุนทรชัย สส.หนองคายเขต 1 ทราบจากคณะที่ปรึกษาและคณะทำงานว่า เพื่อให้ศูนย์ยุวฑูตการท่องเที่ยวที่จะมีการเปิดรับสมัครอาสาและอบรมนักเรียน นักศึกษาในเขตจังหวัดหนองคายเพื่อให้เป็นอาสาสมัครนำเที่ยวนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทย และต่างประเทศนั้นซึ่งขระนี้อยู่ในขั้นเตรียมการ จากการที่มีข่าวเสนอไปแล้วได้รับความสนใจและการสนับสนุนจากประชาชนในจังหวัดหนองคายดียิ่ง
นอกจากนั้นปรากฏว่ามีผู้อ่านในจังหวัดอื่นๆเริ่มสอบถามรายละเอียดมาพอสมควร แต่สส.พงษ์พันธ์ใคร่เรียนชี้แจงว่าคงต้องรอให้เปิดศูนย์อาสาครบวงจร เพราะการจะต้อนรับแขกต่างเมืองจะรับแต่คนไทยก็คงไม่ได้ เพราะเมื่อเปิดประเทศในด้านภาคอิสานจังหวัดหนองคายก็เป็นจังหวัดหน้าด่านที่ต้องต้อนรับแขกต่างประเทศอีกหลายประเทศ อุปสรรคขณะนี้ปรากฏว่าส่วนใหญ่แม้ชาวหนองคายยินดีต้อนรับแขกผู้มาเยือนอยู่แล้ว แต่ติดขัดที่การสื่อสารกันยังมีอุปสรรคอยู่
ดังนั้นจึงจะเปิดศุนย์บริการประชาชนโดยรับอาสาสมัครชาวต่างชาติและคนไทยมาช่วยสอนภาษาต่างๆขั้นที่พูดคุยกันรู้เรื่องก่อน สำหรับภาษาที่จะเปิดอบรมและสอนซึ่งเป็นการสอนฟรี ได้แก่ภาษา อังกฤษ ภาษา จีน ภาษาเวียตนาม เป็นต้น ถ้าปรากฏว่าได้ผลก็จะได้ขยายการสอนไปภาษาอื่นๆต่อไป
จึงใคร่ขอประกาศชักชวนทั้งชาวต่างชาติ คนไทยและนักศึกษาที่มีความรู้ภาษาใดภาษาหนึ่งขั้นพอใช้ได้และพอสละเวลามาฝึกสอนขาวหนองคายได้มาช่วยกันสร้างความประทับใจให้แขกต่างเมือง ระยะนี้ถ้ามีข้อสงสัยโปรดสอบถามไปที่ 0851653030

You teach spoken English, Chinese, Vietnamese to students and older people ranging from 15 years old to 60 years old.
Working teachers, teaching assistants and student teachers are welcome – we can offer you wide experience and enjoyment as you help young Thai student and older people for spoken foreign language teaching at Nong Khai province at a critical time of their needs.
You will be paid for daily allowance while staying at Nong Khai.
You could stay permanently ... or maybe for just one or three months at a time (during your holidays or escape the worst months in your home country!) ...
