สวัสดีครับ พอดีคอมมันเปิดโปรแกรมต่างๆไม่ได้ครับ มันขึ้น window cannot access the specifiend device, or file. You may not have the appropriate promissions to access the item. คือเปิดไม่ได้หมดครับ แม้แต

ผมเปิด Google Chrome แล้วมันขึ้นว่า windows cannot access the specified device คราวนี้ มันก็เป็นไปทุกโปรแกรมเลยอะครับ อันนี้ใช้คอมอีกเครื่องถาม แก้ยังไงครับ บอกหน่อย :(:(
