Buffett completes Iscar purchase

American businessman Warren Buffett has completed the purchase of the Iscar company from the Wertheimer family. Seven years ago Buffett bought 80% of the company’s shares, and the Wednesday purchase of the remaining 20% of Iscar, which specializes in the production of high precision cutting tools, made him the exclusive shareholder.
