line for pc ติดตั้งไม่ได้ค่ะ

ตอนจะติดตั้ง มันขึ้นแบบนี้ค่ะ
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
ไม่ทราบว่าทำไมถึงไม่ได้คะ เพราะเคยลงอีกเครื่องก็ใช้งานได้ปกติ แต่เครื่องนี้ติดตั้งไม่ได้
