If you just changing a plane which is a transit passenger you do not need to use any passport as you will not have to go through the immigration. Enven if you do, you can use either one that is fine, becuase both US and Thai passports are visa exampted to S. Korea.

US&Thai Passport ...Which one do I need to show to South Korea Immigration officer when changing plane?
My Trip : USA-Seoul-Bkk ( Round Trip ; stay in Thailand less than 30 days)
Based from what I understand : Leaving USA= using US passport , Returning to USA= using US passport.
Entering Thailand= using Thai Passport, Leaving Thailand= using Thai passport and show proof of US citizenship to airline representative when checking in.
My question is which passport do I show to South Korean Immigration officer when changing plane ka? Thanks for you time.
