cursor jump

1.cursor jumping around randomly while typing
2.during watching youtube always stop play by itself ( found the problem is due to cursor jumping to stop and start menu

I pleased to confirm not any problem or defective of the wireless mouse because I tried to use the another mouse but the same problem

I tried to find out the solution on line but still the same problem

During typing we did not touch the mouse why the cursor always jump

please help me to solve this problem

Can I bring my desktop pc to HP Thailand for solve the problem for my desktop pc working properly
