Hello S...........
Thank you for all your replies. I've read them all and have again reviewed your account. I know you need some information and I'm happy to help you today.
First, just so you know your iTunes purchases are all associated with your iTunes account. I could only locate one account for you and that is the one you mentioned. It is: s_______@hotmail.com.
There are 3 computers authorized on this account and several devices.
There is not a credit card on the account, so you don't have to worry.
There is another account "c_________@gmail.com" under your sons name. There is a credit card on file, this may have been added when the account was set up. I would recommend removing the credit card from the account. Here are the steps to do that:
1) Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple website at:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download
Note: Installing the latest version of iTunes will not affect your library or any items in your account that you haven't downloaded.
2) To launch iTunes and be taken to your Apple Account Information page, click this link:
https://phobos.apple.com/accountSummary
(If you are not already signed in, you will need to enter your iTunes Store account name and password and then click the Account Info button to sign in.)
3) The Apple Account Information page will appear. On this page, click the Edit Payment Information button, which is the second button from the top.
4) On the Edit Payment Information page, select "None" from the list of credit card types. This will delete your billing information.
5) Be sure to click the Done button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
I have reviewed the order in question, MHF07DV1D3 and notice that the largest purchase is for an App "Sygic Southeast Asia: GPS Navigation" and there are a few other purchases for Apps as well. You mentioned that you purchased this App previously I would like to let you know that quite often developers do upgrades especially to GPS's as roads change often. The developer may have charged for this upgrade.
I sincerely want you to be a satisfied Apple customer so I have refunded you for this app but please immediately remove the credit card.
The reason why your son received the invoice for the purchases is they were made from his account, and his email address is the one on file.
In summary, I have refunded you for this purchase, I would recommend to have your son to remove the credit card from his account. Please reply back to me and let me know as soon as these steps have been taken. I'll then be able to provide you with some information about app purchases if you wish.
Sincerely,
Courtney
