memory full แก้ไขอย่างไรครับ

ลงโปรแกรมเสร็จแล้ว  เมื่อจะเรียกใช้ มีข้อความแจ้งว่า
The new file cannot be created
because the following error has occurred : computer memmory is full
จะแก้ไขอย่างไรครับ
(เคยลงและใช้ได้มาแล้ว)
