จองรถ VIP แต่ได้รถ ตู้ร่วมบริการ กะโหลก กะลา 15 ที่นั่ง แต่ราคา VIP นะจ๊ะ
เหตุมีอยู่ว่า เรากับเพื่อนต่างชาติ ทั้งหมด 12ชีวิต ได้จองที่พักกับทาง Koh Kood Beach Resort สำหรับปีใหม่ คือเข้าพัก 29 Dec 12 ถึง -03 Jan 13 ซี่งบริการของทาง Resort ดีมาก อันนี้ข้าม เพราะมันไม่ใช่ประเด็น
แต่ด้วยความมักสบายของพวกเราเลย จอง Transfer กับทาง Visibeyond ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทเดียวกันกับ Resort ที่เข้าพัก คือเอาสะดวกครบเซ็ต
นี้เป็นรายเอียดการจอง ราคา เวลารับ เวลาส่ง และบริการเพิ่งจะได้รับ ตามที่จอง หลังจากที่จ่ายเงิน 38,400.00-

Regarding booking of transfer for Koh Kood there is 2 options you can choose:
1) Private transfer in minivan from Bangkok – Koh Kood
- The price for one-way transfer is 6.600 THB excl. the ferry ticket for one VIP minivan with space for 8 people so you would need to book two VIP minivans to be able to transport 12 people. The price of the ferry ticket is 500 THB one way per person. In total this would be:
2 x VIP minivan return Bangkok – Koh Kood (6600 x 4) = 26.400,00 THB
12 x ferry tickets return Bangkok – Koh Kood (1000 x 12) = 12.000,00 THB
Total return Bangkok – Koh Kood: (26400 + 12000) = 38.400,00 TH
แต่สภาพรถที่ได้ตอนกลับเนี้ยสิ มันไม่ได้เป็นไปตามที่จอง
เราได้ รถ VIP รุ่นดัดหลังตรงมาก เข่าขาสั้นชนเบาะหน้า เป็นรถแบบร่วบริการ 15 ที่นั่งนะค่ะ จะบ้า มัน VIP ตรงไหน
ไม่แล้วเนืองจากรถเก่ามาก ล้อระเบิดกลางทางอีก เกือบตายยกรถ
ส่งชัดๆๆ รถ VIP 15ที่นั่ง มี5แถว
พอเขียนเมลล์ไปแจ้งทางบริษัทว่าจองรถสำหรับ 8 ที่นั้ง เพราะไป 12 คนเลยจอง2คัน เอานั่งสบาย
แต่ คุณส่งรถ 15 มา 1 คัน แล้ว 8 ที่นั่งมา 1 คัน รวมเป็น 23 ที่นั่ง แต่เรามีแค่ 12 คน ได้คำตอบมาว่า

รถที่เราใช้เป็นรถคุณภาพสูง และนี้เป็นมาตรฐานของเรา ถ้าคุณเปรียบเทียบกับรถบริการทั่วไป
คือสภาพรถเก่ามาก คือแบบว่าเก่าจนเลขหนึ่ง ตรงหน้า 15 ที่นั่ง หายไปนะคุณขา เบาะหาความนิ่มไม่เจอเลยแม้แต่น้อย เลยทำให้คิดว่า เห้ย มาตราฐาน รถ VIP ของบริษัทนี้มันห่วย กว่ารถร่วมบริการวิ่งที่อนุเสาวรีย์ - ตราดอีกอ่ะ เราเขียนเมลล์แย้งไปหลายรอบมาก แต่ก็ยังได้รับคำตอบเดิมคือ นี้คือมาตราฐานรถของเรา และราคาที่แจ้งคุณไปก็สมเหตุสมผลแล้ว

Thank you for getting back to us regarding our service, and sorry for my delayed answer.
My staff tried to clearly explain to you what kind of vans that we use, when we transport customers from Bangkok to Trat. The vans we use are of high quality and has a good standard compared to Thai regulations.
I am sorry if you had expected higher quality than what we been able to offer you. This is the quality that we offer to all our customers, and everyone are usually satisfied with the vans.
I will not be able to offer you any compensation as we clearly explained what kind of service we could offer from the beginning, and you had the choice to book elsewhere. However it will not be easy to find the quality vans that you are looking for.
Regarding the waiting time of 30 minutes, that must be expected if there is a flat tire or if the car is broken – I am happy that our people managed to deal with this so quick and only made you wait 30 minutes.
Look at it in a nice way – we got you from A to B in good vans, and you got it for a good price. Imagine what the price would have been for 5½ driving in Switzerland.
Hope that you are safely back home and that you will start planning next year’s holiday soon.

คือเจอรถ VIP แบบนี้ก็ไม่ไหวนะค่ะ เพราะราคาเขา VIP แต่คุณภาพและสภาพรถเนี้ย ไม่แค่จะไปในทิศทางเดียวกันสักเท่าไหร่ ทางบริษัทก็รับยอดจอง แล้วส่งงานให้ Supplier โดยไม่มองคุณภาพ แล้วพอเรา complain ก็เถียงแต่ว่านี้เป็นมาตรฐานของทางบริษัท ซึ่งมันทำให้เรารู้สึกว่า มาตรฐานของบริษัทคุณต่ำมาก เพราะใบจองรถเราก็ระบุชัดเจนมาก แต่บริการและคำอธิบายจากทางบริษัทมันแย่จริงๆๆ
อยากแบ่งปันในสิ่งที่เจอ และไม่อยากให้ใครต้องเจอแบบเรา ระวังในการ จองรถ จองเรือ ด้วยนะกั๊าบ
