ขอความช่วยเหลือด่วนครับ !! โดนไวรัส cryptolocker !?

ขอความช่วยเหลือด้วยครับ

เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ทำงาน(งานเกี่ยวกับท่องเที่ยว-จองตั๋ว)
โดนไวรัส cryptolocker ไม่สามารถเปิดไฟล์งานได้เลยเหมือนมันถูกล๊อกอยู่
ถอด HDD มาแสกนกับอีกเครื่องด้วยโปรแกรมแอนตี้ไวรัส Avira free ก็ไม่หาย
ฟอแมตไดรว์ C แล้วก็ไม่หาย

รบกวนสมาชิกช่วยแนะนำด้วยครับ หรือท่านใดมีประสบการณ์กับไวรัสตัวนี้ช่วยบอกทางแก้ไขด้วยครับ
